The booking amount Rs 50,000/-

Land registration to be done as per collecting 40 % of the total cost + taxes.

Construction duration of villa : 18months
4.
Total project completion : 30 months
Payment Chart
1.
On Booking: Rs.50,000/-
2.
On Land Registration and Agreement Execution: 40% of total cost + taxes
3. On completion of Foundation: 20% of total cost + taxes
4.
On completion of 1st floor level slab: 20% of total cost + taxes
5.
On completion of 1st floor roof slab: 15% of total cost + taxes
6.
On completion of Plastering: 3% of total cost + taxes
7.
When Hand Over : 2% of total cost + taxes
